SCOPE

This policy describes the current AERILIS public informational website. It does not describe the separate Windows AERILIS CORE application or any future community account service.

There are currently no account registrations, payment forms or flight-data uploads on this website.

TECHNICAL WEBSITE DATA

When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as your IP address, request date, browser information and security-related events to deliver pages and protect the service.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and network protection. Depending on its service configuration, technical data may be processed on infrastructure outside France. More information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

This data is processed for the legitimate interests of operating, securing and maintaining the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Retention depends on the relevant technical services and their configuration.

CONTACT EMAILS

If you email contact@aerilis.com, the information you choose to include (such as your address and message) is used to respond to your enquiry and manage any necessary follow-up. This correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests. OVHcloud (Zimbra) provides the email hosting service and processes messages to deliver and store them.

We retain contact correspondence for 12 months after the last exchange, unless the enquiry remains active or a longer retention period is required by law. When the applicable retention period ends, the correspondence is deleted. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless necessary.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

The current AERILIS website code does not include advertising trackers, marketing pixels, third-party analytics scripts or visitor account cookies.

Cloudflare may use essential security-related cookies or other technical measures depending on the active protection settings. If optional analytics or tracking tools are added in the future, this policy and any applicable consent choices will be updated.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information relating to you, as well as raise an objection or request restrictions on certain processing.

POLICY UPDATES

This privacy notice describes the website at its initial public launch preparation stage (November 2026). It will be reviewed if the site adds accounts, downloads, analytics or other services involving personal information.
